CREATIVE RESET

A FREE Mental Health EVENT

for LA Creatives Navigating Layoffs

Why This Event Matters

Los Angeles is a global center for creativity—home to entertainment, advertising, film, music, and production industries. But in the past year, layoffs across these industries have deeply affected creative workers and the people who support them.

When creative professionals lose jobs, they often lose health insurance and mental health benefits too—right when stress, uncertainty, and isolation can grow.

A Museum-Style Wellness Experience

The event intentionally uses a tight space to reflect how many people feel during career disruption—uncertain and alone—while also showing how connection and support can grow in small environments.

The space will be transformed into a museum-style experience with different wellness activations designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

Activities will include:

  • light fitness and movement

  • storytelling and creative reflection

  • community connection spaces

  • mental health resources and education
