Three’s A Crowd is a nonprofit (501c3) community of 100+ Black creative professionals in Los Angeles — spanning advertising, marketing, production, music, entertainment, fine arts, and entrepreneurship.

When did it start?

We launched in 2018 as a space for Black creatives to connect, collaborate, and create opportunities that reflect our voices and experiences.

Who’s part of the network?

Our members include designers, producers, directors, marketers, strategists, writers, and creative entrepreneurs — many with experience at top agencies like Wieden+Kennedy, Deutsch, and 72andSunny.

We’re not a traditional agency — we’re a creative collective. We bring together teams of experts from our network to build custom project teams for brands, nonprofits, and community partners.
