AMANDA CLAYTON
Financial Coach for Creative ProfessionalsAmanda Clayman is an internationally renowned financial therapist who helps people better understand the emotional side of money — from financial stress and overwhelm to budgeting, career transitions, and building stability.
She is the host of the Audible Original podcast Emotional Investment and the author of several financial wellness courses for LinkedIn Learning. Her work has been featured in The Atlantic, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The TODAY Show.
At Creative Reset, she’ll share practical tools and real-world guidance to help creatives navigate money with less fear and more clarity.
ANTHONY FREEMAN
Athlete, Coach + Personal Trainer | Breathing & Recovery ExperienceAnthony Freeman is a former national BMX champion, Inglewood Hall of Fame athlete, 30 year fitness and sports coach, SAG member, and model who has appeared in over 45 commercials and worked with brands including Nike, Disney, and McDonald’s.
At Creative Reset, he’ll lead breathing and recovery exercises using S.T.E.A.M. concepts to help guests better understand their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and support their mental health.

Advertising DEI Leader + Wellness Advocate | Postcard to Your Future Self StationBrittany Allen is a senior DEI leader in advertising who works to build more inclusive, supportive spaces for people and teams. She also brings her own lived experience with mental health into the work, making her approach honest, human, and grounded.
At Creative Reset, Brittany will lead the final session, “Postcard to Your Future Self,” a reflection station where guests will pause, reflect, and write a note to the version of themselves they’re becoming. Each postcard will be mailed back to them 4–6 months after the event.
davon Tatum
Massage Therapist | Recovery & Relaxation StationDavon Tatum is a massage therapist who works with clients across wellness, fitness, and creative industries, including Equinox members.
At Creative Reset, he’ll offer chair massages designed to help guests release tension, relax their bodies, and reset their minds.
DE’SHONNA GRIFFIN, CDM
Nutrition Specialist | Healthy SnacksDe’Shonna Griffin has worked in food and nutrition for over 30 years, including roles at hospitals like UCLA and St. John’s, and has spent the past 16 years at Cedars-Sinai.
At Creative Reset, she’ll lead the healthy snack area and share simple ways food, hydration, and nutrition can support energy, focus, mood, and overall mental health.
dr. Shelly Harrell
Psychologist + Wellness Expert | Welcome Room Facilitator - TBDDr. Shelly Harrell is a psychologist, meditation teacher, and wellness expert with over 30 years of experience helping people heal and manage stress.
At Creative Reset, she’ll lead the Welcome Room — a grounding space where guests can pause, reflect, and let go of stress, burnout, fear, and uncertainty before moving through the event experience.
KATHLEEN WILSON
LA Artist + Creative Writing FacilitatorKathleen Wilson is a Los Angeles artist, illustrator, designer, and storyteller whose work blends painting, drawing, design, and writing as tools for reflection, healing, and spiritual expression.
A working artist since 1984, Kathleen has published 37 limited editions and received numerous awards and honors, including the Coretta Scott King Best Illustration Award from the American Library Association and the African Studies Association Best Children’s Book Award. She studied at Otis Art Institute, where she learned life drawing from artist Charles White.
At Creative Reset, she’ll guide guests through a simple 10-minute writing exercise and share stories that encourage creativity, imagination, and emotional release.
MELISSA MATOS
Advertising Creative Director + Co-Founder of Melanin MindsMelissa Matos is a multidisciplinary creative director, UX/UI designer, and youth mentor who has led marketing and branding work for major brands including California Lottery, Dunkin’, Häagen-Dazs, and Morgan Stanley. She is also the co-founder of Melanin Minds, a nonprofit creating holistic mental health spaces for Black, Latine, and historically marginalized communities through wellness, creativity, community, and self-expression.
At Creative Reset, she’ll lead a coloring and creativity station that shows how simple creative activities can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and support mental health.
TERRY STANLEY
Journalist & Reporter + Fitness Coach | “Take 10 with Terry” Creative BootcampTerry Stanley is a Los Angeles-based fitness trainer who teaches circuits, functional strength, ballet barre, HIIT, Pilates and cardio sculpt classes. She’s a staff group exercise instructor at EverFit Burbank, and she also teaches her own weekly boot camp for women over 40 at Brace Park in the Burbank hills. She calls teaching her “age-inappropriate side hustle,” having been certified for the first time after her 40th birthday. A former senior editor at Adweek, she continues her day job as a journalist, now freelancing for Muse and numerous other publications.
At Creative Reset, she’ll lead a quick “Creative Bootcamp” focused on movement, energy, and the idea that even 10 minutes of care for yourself can make a difference.
VANESSA Blais
Producer + Wellness Instructor | Yoga + Bellicon TrampolineVanessa Blais is a Los Angeles-based producer and wellness instructor who helps people reconnect with their bodies through movement, balance, and joy.
At Creative Reset, she’ll lead yoga and Bellicon trampoline sessions focused on reducing stress, boosting energy, and helping guests feel lighter mentally and physically.

Communications Leader + Founder of Sorry For Your Loss Cards | Virtual Grief Session FacilitatorCamila Crews is a communications leader and founder of Sorry For Your Loss Cards, a platform creating honest conversations around grief, healing, and community care. Her work focuses on helping people better understand grief in all forms — from death and burnout to job loss, identity shifts, and major life transitions.
During Creative Reset’s virtual session on May 23, Camila will lead a 60-minute conversation on how job loss is a real grief experience and share tools to help people process uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and change with more compassion and support.
