Each1, Teach1 is a three-part youth mentorship and wellness series created by Three’s A Crowd, Coach Freeman & Rooted.
Through fun, hands-on activities, students explore creative careers, S.T.E.A.M., healthy movement, fitness, teamwork, confidence, and healthy ways to manage stress.

Each1, Teach1 is free for participating students and their families.
The cost of the program is paid by the participating school, LAUSD, a grant, or another community funding partner.
Schools and community organizations may contact Three’s A Crowd to discuss program pricing, available funding, partnership details, dates, and school-specific needs.

The program serves young people in Los Angeles County’s Second Supervisorial District.
The program focuses on Black and Brown youth and students from underserved communities.
Activities can be adjusted for elementary, middle school, high school, and young adult participants.

Yes.
Elementary school sessions use age-appropriate stories, creative play, movement, simple S.T.E.A.M. activities, teamwork, and conversations about different careers.
Students learn by doing instead of sitting through long lectures.

Part 1: Explore
Students meet artists, business owners, fitness professionals, and other community leaders.
They discover careers in art, design, music, photography, marketing, technology, wellness, business, and entrepreneurship.
Part 2: Create and Move
Students learn by doing.
They participate in hands-on creative projects, S.T.E.A.M. activities, healthy movement, wellness exercises, and team challenges.
Part 3: Connect and Grow
Students connect with mentors, share their ideas, and practice teamwork.
They learn simple tools to build confidence, make healthy choices, manage stress, explore their interests, and think about their future.

Guest speakers explain what they do, how they started, the skills their work requires, and what their daily work is really like.

Students learn how wellness can support their education, confidence, creativity, focus, and future goals.

Sessions may be hosted at a participating LAUSD or Inglewood Unified School District school.

The current three-part series is designed to serve approximately 60 to 75 students in total.
A typical session may serve approximately 20 to 25 students. The final number will depend on the students’ ages, available space, school needs, and program plan.

Each1, Teach1 is led by Three’s A Crowd in collaboration with Coach Freeman, Rooted | fitness studio and community professionals.
Creative leaders, entrepreneurs, wellness educators, fitness professionals, and culturally relevant mentors share their experiences and guide student activities.
